Fairies might be as elusive in tales as they are in real life, with only a few famous ones, like the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella and Tinker Bell. But at FairyTales, Inc., an independent, family-owned business based in Lombard, IL, the magic of fairies is unmistakable.

FairyTales, Inc. is celebrating 30 years of enchantment, and, just like in a fairy tale, adventure, wonder, and love are at the heart of the business. A time long ago, the story of FairyTales began with the wish to bring the magic of teddy bears to people young and old. Today, the magic continues to grow.

It is easy to become enchanted by all FairyTales has to offer: home decor, unique gifts, collectibles, apparel, and so much more. And owners Rochelle and Jim still feature plush of all types, from frogs to dragons, and pumpkins to apples.

Just as fairy tales have been passed down from generation to generation, with the help of one of their sons joining the business, so too is the joy of finding a forever stuffed animal. Rochelle and Jim’s daughter fell in love with her teddy bear when she was a child, and now her daughter cuddles with a stuffed elephant of her own while dreaming of which furry friend her soon-to-be brother or sister will fall in love with. Their three adult sons, even as they have or are about to graduate college, still fondly recall the stuffed sharks and alligators from their childhoods.

In the 30 years of FairyTales, Rochelle and Jim have had the honor of spreading that love to others as they have written their own stories. FairyTales, Inc. has built lasting relationships with customers and collectors, through their intimate product knowledge and attentive customer service. At FairyTales, they value everyone, from the collectors who have shopped online since the FairyTales, Inc. story began to every new customer who tinkles the front door bells of their Lombard location.
